As a licensed realtor and home improvement professional, I've been immersed in the industry for over a decade.  I started my career in home improvements over a decade ago and am a red seal licensed plumber. I then took these skills and evolved my services to completing full home renovations. This allows me to bring a special edge to my clients as a realtor as I understand the specifics of buying and selling but also the work needed to modify or renovate a home. This asset allows my clients to know upfront the cost required not only to purchase or sell their home but also to do any renovations needed.
